Presenter: After graduating from Cambridge University, Daniel qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in London. On returning to Hong Kong, Daniel worked in the Global Risk Management Solutions department of PricewaterhouseCoopers, providing risk management advisory services to investment banks and financial institutions. He also worked as regional Vice President in JP Morgan Chase Bank, and is currently Country Anti-Money Laundering Officer of a leading European Investment Bank. He is a seasoned financial trainer-currently teaching ACCA and HKICPA financial reporting and management paper, and risk management courses for the FRM and PRM exams. He is also the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist from ACAMS in the United State. |

Course Objective : |

|
The legal professional is not a non-risk business nowadays. If legal firms become bankrupt, it may lead to financial losses to clients and reputation damage to the Hong Kong legal profession. Raising awareness of risk management concepts amongst legal professionals, and promoting best corporate governance practices amongst financial institutions and listed and private corporation have been seen as top priority by legal professionals and industry practitioners in maintaining both stability and competitiveness of Hong Kong companies in the global completive market. |

This is a workshop type course. Each part has lecture, case studies and group discussion to assist attendees to digest all the concepts, techniques and skills in their real life management needs. You can take either one or both in completion of RME/CPD requirement. |

Eligible Sole Proprietors, Partners, Consultants and Assistant Solicitors should take 3 Elective RME points each year after they are completed all Core RME courses. |
